Hioki is proud to announce the establishment of a new calibration partnership with the Swedish National Metrology Institute (NMI), RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, for the calibration of Hioki Power Analyzers PW6001 and PW3390s and Power Meters PW333x Series, along with associated CTs and current sensors.
Previously known as SP, and then reorganized as RISE in 2017, the company is the one-and-only scientific summit in Sweden to serve as the country’s national metrology institute. In addition, their overwhelming capabilities to calibrate power analyzers are well-known not only in Sweden but also all over Europe.
“As a test and measuring instrument manufacturer, enhancing the local service structure is an extremely important topic for us, so I am grateful that we can take our first step with RISE,” said Hisashi Shimizu, General Manager of Hioki Europe GmbH. “In Europe, where expectations for customers in the electric vehicle and battery industries will continue to increase, we need to provide more accurate measuring instruments with even more reliability. I am confident that this initiative will contribute to the realization of this goal.”
